We strive to deliver engineering designs based on the clients’ requirements & aspirations.
Our primary task is to understand the wider strategy & how a project fits into the objectives of the
client. We work closely with the design team & the client to understand the project requirements to
ensure the brief is both achievable & realistic.
Risks & opportunities are identified from the start of our involvement through to completion. The site
and/or existing building will convey constraints & opportunities & we endeavour to establish as much as
we can as early as possible. This includes site investigations, historic searches & services searches.
When it comes to the construction phase contractors enjoy working with us as we consider buildability
early & our response to site queries is proficient.
